Paul Gantar, P.ENG
PRESIDENT

Paul brings over 20 years of construction management experience to Stanley.  His ability to execute on the most complex and challenging projects is only exceeded by his passion for the construction industry.  Over his time at Pentagon as an Owner, Manager, Estimator, Project Manager and Safety Officer, Paul successfully completed projects between $150K and over $30M.  Paul’s construction experience combined with his engineering education make him a true expert in the industry.

Wayne Cebryk, GSC
General SUPERINTENDENT

For nearly 30 years, Wayne has been a key contributor to a growing construction industry in Alberta.  When it comes to construction projects, there are few that know the intricacies of managing, controlling, and coordinating of job site activities like Wayne does.  He is not a stranger to jobs over $30M and has demonstrated his ability to take the most complex of projects to completion while balancing the needs of the customers that he is serving.  Wayne is also a Gold Seal Certified Superintendent, a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter with training in a variety of other areas such as LEED construction and Safety programs..

Steve Martin
GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT

With over 40 years of construction experience and nearly 35 of them as a Site Superintendent, Steve Martin is a valued member of the Stanley Team!  With this experience, a pile of letters after his name and just his positive approach to working with clients, Steve has a long list of former clients that would welcome him back on any new projects.

Dave Gantar, MBA
VP OPERATIONS & CFO

Dave has over 20 years experience in the business world including strategic planning, finance, logistics, marketing and implementing business development processes.  He has worked in both the public and private sectors in various roles which typically had a Facilities component - this is where he learned the Customer perspective in construction.  He is experienced in driving process re-engineering with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. He has a proven track record in building client and partner relationships.  Dave is also a recently retired FIFA soccer referee - feel free to ask him about his travels!
